Register Your GSA
GSA clubs are essential safe havens where trans, queer, and two-spirit youth, along with their allies, can build community, explore their identities, and lead the charge for racial, gender, and educational justice. Learn more about how GSAs are making a difference in schools and beyond.
Register Your GSA
It’s officially back to school season and GSAs are Here To Stay! Register your club today to join a national network of trans, queer and Two Spirit youth!
Who Can Register?
School-based GSAs – Any GSA at a middle school, high school, or college can register. Either youth members or advisors can handle registration.
Community GSAs – Don’t have a school club? No problem! Community GSAs get all the same resources and support. These clubs can meet anywhere – LGBTQ centers, libraries, coffee shops, or even your living room. Registration is the same and can be completed by a member.
Why Register?
When you register your GSA, you access:
- STAR Freedom School curricula – training resources designed specifically for GSA clubs to build powerful programming and leadership skills!
- GSA Days of Action – our general assemblies for GSA Day 4 Gender Justice and GSA Day 4 Racial Justice offer guidance and calls to action on organizing locally to create change!
- Youth Freedom Fund – our mini-grant program allows you to apply for direct funding to resource your clubs, campaigns, and events!
- Stardial Newsletter – a monthly portal into our national TQ2S+ youth movement. You’ll receive letters from our co-executive directors, resources for your clubs, and questions to fuel your club’s dreams!
- GSAs UNITE! – a national platform to build your own campaigns! Use this tool to create petitions, rallies, and other events in your local community! Access resources on how to build a campaign!
And that’s not all – additional resources include free art mailings for your clubs, first notice of youth leadership opportunities and funding, and a nationwide network of resilience and resistance across the country!
Remember, annual registration keeps your club active and connected. Only one registration per club is needed, and either youth members or advisors can register!
