Youth Organizing Fellow

Jeydon (pronouns he/him/his) is a Latinx trans activist originally from the San Gabriel Valley.  A current student at CSUDH, he is majoring in Labor Studies and minoring in Chicano Studies. He is passionate about having safe space and resources for QTPOC youth outside of systems of oppression. He became involved with GSA Network as a sophomore in high school looking for better resources for himself as a trans youth, but also for his high school campus; he then became a GSA Network youth leader and Brothers Sons Selves ambassador, where he was able to expand his leadership. Now as a GSA Network fellow and Brothers Sons Selves fellow, he hopes to continue with community organizing to dismantle the systems of oppression and to create better alternatives for queer and trans youth of color.
