Membership Information

Youth Membership Meeting (California only)This event is part of our California program and is only open to California youth. Non-California registrants will not receive meeting information.

Join us for monthly membership meetings where GSA club leaders from across California are invited to gather (virtually), learn, and receive resources to take back to their GSAs! We invite members from your club to represent your school, participate and weigh in on statewide Trans and Queer (LGBTQ+) issues! Together we will build community, and form new connections across the state to level up our Trans and Queer youth power!

We highly encourage you to register your GSA with our network before attending the meeting; register your GSA here.

  • Know Your Rights: LGBTQ+ Students[review CA laws and policies impacting LGBTQ+ students]
  • Take Action: Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth

Statewide Campaign Committee

The Statewide Campaign Committee is a virtual leadership development program for Trans, Queer, and Two-Spirit students ages 13 to 17 in California.

Committee members will develop their skills in youth organizing, campaign work, and leadership to advance committee priorities and build Trans, Queer, and Two-Spirit youth power. Some of the work will include leading campaigns in school districts and developing a statewide campaign & organizing infrastructure to support other local GSA youth-led campaigns.

Accepted members will earn up to a $300 educational award every 3 months, make organizational decisions as a member leader, and advance decentralized GSA youth-led campaigns and priorities to win local improvements and build Trans, Queer, and Two-Spirit youth power!
