For more than 25 years, GSA Network has been building one of the country’s most enduring youth-led gender justice movements. We know this truth: when trans, queer, and Two-Spirit (TQ2S+) youth are resourced and trusted, they transform their schools, their communities, and their lives.

We train youth. We resource youth. We politicize youth. We connect GSAs across the country and turn youth leadership into action that changes policy, culture, and opportunity.

How We Work

National School gives youth the tools to lead. Gatherings, collectives like TRUTH, ROSES, and the Two-Spirit Initiative, and STAR Freedom School help youth develop skills to tell their stories and take action.

National Network builds the infrastructure to make leadership real. STAR Fellows placed in grassroots orgs, The National GSA Registry campaign, and nationwide partnerships create spaces where youth can organize, learn, and grow.

National Campaign turns energy into tangible impact. Youth Freedom Fund mini-grants, policy advocacy, GSAsUnite, and national mobilizations make it possible for GSAs to gather, support and act.

How You Can Support

Youth: Start or register your GSA. Join a Youth Collective. Participate in Days of Action and National Gathering. Start a campaign.

Adult Allies & Educators & Funders: Advise a GSA at your school. Hire us for training in youth organizing and leadership. Connect your school to our resources. Volunteer time or support local youth programming.

Give monthly or one-time to sustain youth leadership. Fund Youth Freedom mini-grants to support GSAs in every state. Invest in multi-year support for our Devising Freedom 10 year strategy.

Why Your Support Matters

Youth are organizing. They are imagining new futures. They are building power. But they cannot do it alone.

Your support strengthens GSAs. It builds leadership. It fuels campaigns. It protects LGBTQIA+ youth and advances racial and gender justice. Together, we make sure TQ2S+ youth lead with courage, creativity, and power.
