FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
WHO CAN MARCH?: All are welcome to march with us- GSAS, youth, college GSAs, advisors, teachers, school staff, parents, and anyone else who supports GSAs and LGBTQA youth! However, only youth may receive free tickets from GSA Network to attend the LA Pride Festival.
HOW DO I GET FREE TICKETS?: If you would like to reserve tickets to attend the LA Pride Festival after the parade, please indicate the number of tickets you need under "anything else you would like us to know" on the event registration page.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE TICKETS?: Each year, Christopher Street West (CSW)/LA Pride give GSA Network a limited number of tickets for youth (elementary, middle, and high school) to attend the LA Pride festival after marching in the parade. Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis and will be distributed at the parade site to the designated group contact ONLY. Only youth will receive free tickets.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RESERVE TICKETS?: Deadline to reserve tickets is Friday, May 30. An email will be sent to confirm the number of tickets you are receiving, or if there are any changes. If you miss the deadline to request tickets or need to make a change, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be put on the waiting list.
HOW WILL I GET MY TICKETS?: Tickets will only be distributed to the person registered. Tickets that are not claimed by 10:15am are not guaranteed and will be distributed to the waiting list. Tickets will only be given to middle and high school YOUTH and are non-transferable. Tickets given to those ineligible will be revoked and may impact your ability to receive tickets in the future.

WHERE DO WE MEET TO MARCH?: We will be meeting at 9:30am in the Bank of America parking lot at 8025 Santa Monica Blvd. off of Crescent Heights. Please arrive on time so that we can get into formation for the parade. Parking can be tough, so we encourage you to take public transportation or to carpool and arrive even earlier to find parking.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?: GSAs are encouraged to come dressed festively and to bring posters, flags, etc. The theme this year is "...And Proud of it"!
Please remember to bring water and sunscreen. It will be a long, hot day!
ARE THERE ANY RULES?: By marching with GSA Network, you are also agreeing to abiding by mandatory marching rules set by LA Pride, including but not limited to staying on the street with the group. Marchers are not allowed to leave the group and hand out, receive, or otherwise go onto sidewalks and engage with parade viewers for safety reasons.
